Welcome to a new chapter of success and happiness!

In the beginning

My story began in the most unexpected of places: the private sector, where I embarked on my career as a training consultant for General Practitioners within the NHS. Those early days, surrounded by rudimentary technology and the vibrant green text on black screens, ignited a fondness for the colour green—a hue that now graces all my company logos and branding. It was here that I honed my skills in teaching and leadership, guiding teams through the transition from handwritten notes to digital records, setting the gold standard for paperless practices across the South of England.

While my early career in technology and training might seem worlds apart from property management, it laid the foundation for my teaching and leadership skills. After leaving the NHS and becoming self-employed, I opened a training office and became a Microsoft Office User Specialist Expert Trainer, even establishing an examination centre in South East London. I sold this business when I became pregnant and returned to the NHS, where I remained until taking redundancy (due to ill health) at the end of 2024.

Property has always been a passion of mine. I’ve renovated numerous properties, including one in France. So, as I approached what many would consider a forced retirement, I decided to take a leap into the property business. This new venture allowed me to combine my love for property with my enduring passion for coaching and training.

Having worked extensively in the NHS, particularly in public health, I couldn’t ignore the profound impact that poor housing has on health outcomes. The social determinants of health, such as inadequate housing, can lead to numerous illnesses and poor outcomes. This realization fueled my desire to provide safe, warm housing and to teach others how to do the same.

Today, I am proud to have launched a training and coaching aspect within my property business, allowing me to see others flourish in their passions while addressing critical housing issues. This is my “why”—the reason I have landed where I am today and why I intend to stay and grow, providing safe, warm housing for as many people as possible along the way.

We live inside ourselves, and if we are not happy and fulfilled as individuals, no matter how beautiful a house you live in, it won’t bring you happiness. Nor will having a massive portfolio of properties. It’s about finding harmony between your inner world and your external environment.
